Well I'm back. Have a terrible cough and a very sore throat. But HOME! ahh...I was terribly homesick this time. It was fun but at the same time, I am such a home body and just hate being away from my family. Classes were interesting but nothing Earth shattering. And per usual, the vendors were very very stingy with their samples. It just kills me that they want you to use/buy their products but you have to almost pull out a tooth to get them to give you a tiny sample. Get with it VENDORS! It is amazing to me that I am a Dental Hygienist and have to BUY FLOSS/TB/TP. WTH? Are you kidding me? I should not have to buy that stuff, for the love of Pete. So if you are looking for the perfect Toothpaste...I recommend COLGATE!! They are the only ones who are willing to give up samples! LOL Kidding about my reason but I totally LOVE Colgate Total for Toothpaste! And Glide Floss is my fav!
There...that's my PSA for Dental for the week! LOL I don't talk to you all about my REAL Job very often do I? Of course, what is there to say? Can you believe the smell that came out of their mouth? Think of mothballs and rotten meat. Welcome to my world people!

ugh bleech to the Colgate - all the flavours are YUKKY.. tastes totally diff to the Colgate in NZ .. the same goes for the other brands here, and so many of them are like brushing with gummy pasty chalk *shudder*
The only one I can bear over here is Arm and Hammer Advance White Gel and Mouthwash
- and it HAS to be the gel one..
- which is getting harder and harder to find..
- plus it is never on special..
- and is bloody expensive!
Whenever I see it - I buy about 10 tubes of it!
Wow, I can't believe you have to buy that stuff either! My mother-in-law is a dental assistant (not even a hygenist) and she's always getting/giving us stuff for free. We never have to buy it ourselves, since she's always giving it to us.
