It's a small tear and I am off to the orthopedic surgeon. All I hear are the words small which means it will heal on its own! RIGHT! So until then, I am going to assume it will just continue to improve with each passing day. But that's the scoop from my MRI.
I was able to work today but its not comfortable at all. Glad I had a break so I could come home and ice it for a while.

Glad to hear it is just a small tear - I hope it mends by itself without the need for an op -and that it mends quickly!
I hope you're back to 100% really soon!!!!!!
